Atul Pathak discusses leadership and gender balance at the University of West London

On 6th October, Atul Pathak took part in panel discussion at the University of West London where he discussed the importance of strong leadership, gender equality in the work place and governance.

The panel was made up of Atul Pathak, Alan Mak MP, Alyshia Mangalji and Sanjay Arora as part of a conference on Asian Family Business at The Claude Littner Business School.

The event was organised bring academia and industry together to open the debate around the key issues facing Asian family businesses in the UK. As a businessman who is constantly trying to bridge the gap between education and work, Atul was all too happy to participate and express his thoughts on the issue.

During the discussion, Atul highlighted the importance of providing equal opportunities to all of his staff, as well as his commitment to giving back to local communities.

In his speech, Atul reinforced this by saying: “I genuinely believe that businesses have a responsibility to help or give back to those whom they serve.”
