Atul’s past speaking engagements span a variety of subjects including diversity, equal opportunities, business, entrepreneurship, politics, and education. He has also had the honour of speaking at a number of prestigious institutions and venues such as: The British Library, Deloitte, Parliament, and King’s College London.
Acorn House College
As part of the relaunching of the Acorn House College, Atul spoke about the importance of education in our children’s lives and how in our communities the improvement of education is vital.
Celebration of Virendra Sharma’s 10 years in the House of Commons
At a party organised to celebrate Virendra Sharma’s 10 years representing the people of Ealing Southall as an MP, Atul gave a speech thanking Virendra for all the outstanding work he has done for the constituency in which Appt Corporation is headquartered.
Punjabi Society of The British Isles
Atul, as the President of the Punjabi Society of the British Isles gave the opening speech at the dinner to celebrate the society’s 90th year. He also welcomed the evening’s chief guest, Sajid Javid.
Women Economic Forum
At the Women Economic Forum, Atul emphasised the importance of equal opportunity employers and giving back to the community that helped you grow your business in the first place.
The Family Business Conference
Atul spoke at The Family Business Conference about the importance of having a family aspect in running a business and he made the point that it’s vital to give back to the community.
As part of the British Library’s series of week-long events focusing on the food and drinks industry, Atul delivered a presentation about his experience of running a franchised business.
Kings College London
‘Meet the Entrepreneurs: Calling All Change-Makers, Pioneers & Trailblazers’. Atul was a keynote speaker at this event which aims to inspire and inform students curious and passionate about starting up their own business.
Atul was a member of the entrepreneurs’ panel at ‘VentureDay’, a one-day annual conference and networking event for entrepreneurs and those interested in cutting-edge entrepreneurial performance. Atul shared his experience of growing a business through franchising.
