Focus on customer service
When Atul opened the restaurant in Hanwell one of the first things he focused on was having excellent customer service and getting to know the local community. Although the group has expanded to 43 restaurants, the attention to customer service is stronger than ever. We now have over 3,500 employees and customer service is the responsibility of each and every employee.
